The forums should offer a more role play oriented set of functionalities.

• The forums could use some streamlining with regard to the IC/OOC distinction. The idea is to warn people of IC posts with OOC accounts and vice-versa.
• The IC forums could use a distinction between [ooc] tags for a check or some inline comment vs. [ooc] tags around the whole post. Especially the latter should be collapsable to offer streamlined reading of the IC story
• The IC forums should be more accomodating of conversations (i.e. short messages that follow each other quickly.) The current forum layout isn't optimized for very small messages, but instead opts for a minimum post height.
