Add faction icons as smiley's on wiki / forum (confer with Brend)

A plugin that inserts the logos on the wiki. I'm not entirely sure about the syntax yet. One of the options is [[faction>Veolian Commonwealth]], which would insert both the logo and a link to the faction? The other is (:veolian_commonwealth), and have it add only the image. Maybe both would be appreciated? - Forum updates (0%)
Getting the dynamic smileys to work on the forum is going to require a -load of effort. The forum does not support smileys with an external image URL, so I need to find some way to hack the image compositer into the forum. Maybe hacking the auto-rendered smileys into the forum can be done with symlinks (
requires careful caching policy)
Automatic Blazonry Rendering
Blazonry can now be used anywhere, throught the following URL: https://www.fwurg.net/images/special/logo/{pageid}/{width}x{height}.png
Chaching is implemented to make sure that the logo is onlt rendered when the wiki changes or when a previously unused size is requested.
