The fleet uses a loose formation, and closes in to corvette range with optimal fighter support.

By launching a targetted strike, the fleet can reach its objectives faster than normal. This manoeuvre gives a +1 attack boost on the Middle and Inner ring.

When succesfully bringing a target out of balance, the fleet raids the target. The exact details of this are purposely vague. It is intended as a way to do a quick strike, for example to steal information, obtain slaves or liberate valuable resources. However, as a military fleet can not transport large amounts of cargo or people, these effects are not measurable on the intergalactic economic scale (i.e. you can not raid to steal 0.01 or 10).
