Planet Composition climates:

Large-scale application of heat transportation and the deployment of core reliquidizers can revive or extinguish a planets core. Temporary application of tectonic gravitation adjustment can restabalize tectonic shelves in new configurations.

The Planetary Geoengineering technology allows the process of terraformation to create or remove climates in the Planet Composition group.

This technology functions only on a Goldilocks orbit world. Any removal or creation of a climate on a world must keep that planet's climate a legal configuration (e.g., two climates that exclude each other can not be added at the same time).
