Be it by extensive cybernetic enhancements, genetic modification or natural evolution, a subgroup of this race has capabilities beyond that of the normal members of the species.

Select 10% of your total population. This subgroup becomes a separate racial group, apart from the others. The subgroup has 4, rather than 3 Main Characteristics of your choice. Note that you may have multiple races in your population regardless – this special merely provides 10% of your population an additional racial ability.

You may take this special feature multiple times. Either add another subgroup of 10% (which may have the same or different racial abilities) or add an additional Main Characteristic to an existing group of 10%.
