Yotoya Ascended

Yotoya Ascended is the proposed Senator for the Inter-System Charter Company. A native of Ascension, she's with the Ascended Circle cartel. She has extensive experience dealing with the Scavengers on caldoss-wakuu, from her previous assignments as an industrial negotiator on the planet. This is her first out-of-system appointment.
