The Hiocans military units have the best technological equipment. They have a small fleet and quite some defense forces. Their strength lies not in number but their advanced tactics and strategic. They make it so the enemy does not want to fight. Their main strength is the Cybernetics division. By disabling the opponent’s communications and even taking over control of equipment they become helpless and surrender. When this fails and they are forced to fight is out, they become merciless and will use all means to kill the enemy.

First mission was the liberation of Remunziia of the Slave Rebellion. During the battle they fleet is heavenly damaged as they tried to stop the suicide run of the Slave Rebellion fleet 11 on the planet. They took heavy casualties.

The fleets has no upgrades and hopefully in the future there will be various technologies development for this fleet.
