The High Technological Consult, or simply the Technological Consult is the Consult who bows them over the technological development of the Teprogrenaian Consensus. In the beginning of the Teprogrenaian Consensus their main concern was about the development of cybernetic implants. Therefore healthcare falls under the Technological Consult. Later, when the Consensus started to construct The Cradle, the Technological Consult rose in importance as it became their job to oversee the construction.
