During the war with the Mandalorians a lot of ships were damaged. An independant Hiocan scientist found a method to salvage these ship wrecks and win 
from it. A investigation in sectors [7,-4], [7,-5] and [7,-6] shows that in each sector 2500 can be harvested. A total of 7500 can be recycled with this new technology until 160 
.
The Hiocan Society and Astrian Colonial Authority have harvested in their own territory and Praetorian Empire and Astai Republic also did some salvaging.
