The Holy Heimgolian Theocracy is a sovereign state in Sector 15 -4 with close relations to the Divine Fiefdom of Highmons. Like Highmons it is a Theocracy and many of the deities in the Heimgolian Pantheon are the same or very similar to the Highmonian deities.

Despite these similarities, religion in the Holy Heimgolian Theocracy is a lot less influential and a large minority of the population have other faiths. Though there is freedom of religion, atheism is officially outlawed, but there has not been an arrest on these charges in over fifty years and even with such an arrest, the penalty limited to a fine.

The Theocracy competes heavily with the Confederacy of Excaria in regards to importing raw materials, though since the formation of the Union this has always been done in a peaceful manner.
