Core Worlds

Core Worlds are the most active worlds in the Union and together form its government. They may propose laws, but may not vote on them, which is a power left to the Inner Worlds. Additionally, each Core World has executive power in a certain area, which the Core Worlds divide amongst themselves. These positions are called Ministries

Besides this, the Core Worlds can assign two positions to individuals, that of Union Chancellor and that of Vice-Chancellor.
