Bringing a Twi'Lek ex-slave home

Shebi Ajava rescued a twi'lek slave during the infiltration of the red troop. She promised to bring her back to her parents in sector 14 -11. Jedi Master Screetor advised her to go together with another padawan, so Jedi Fecta Trigiel went along to assist her.

They left for the Slave Rebellion with a relatively small ship loaded with supplies they could use as tokens of goodwill (or bribes). The trip went well till they were in sector 14 -10. They were intercepted by a Slave Rebellion destroyer 'Hallowed Vindication', who towed their little ship in with primitive magnetic harpoons.

Captured by the Rebellion cruiser it nearly came to an armed conflict, as Shebi Ajava wouldn't lower her saber and the soldiers didn't lowered their weapons. In a final desperate attempt to resolve the situation peacefully Ajava send out a telepathic message trying to reach a highly placed commander in the ship.

The soldiers lowered their weapons eventually, shortly before the captain of the ship, Commodore Nak'vazjin, entered the hangar. The two padawan and the ex-slave girl left the ship and talked with the commodore. At the same time soldiers took half the supplies the jedi brought along, including liquor and advanced hyperdrive upgrade parts. Not in the mood of taking more time on this, Ajava sent Commodore Nak'vazjin a message about the liquor and the hyperdrive parts before going on with their journey.

On their arrival of the planet there appeared to be no central control station, but three rivalling stations claimed to be in charge. They landed at one of them and talked with the local lord of the space port. He agreed to help with bringing back Arnia'Evixel, although it had to go through official and long routes.

At the spaceport they spotted the text 'Follow the White Rabbit', and asked Arnia'Evixel what that meant. She replied that it is “just a rallying call, you can ignore it. It's not really relevant here”. After asking again, she explained that the white rabbit is a rallying call for slaves to rise up and rebel against their oppressors. Apparently, it scares the living daylight out of the Hutt - it is a topic that is forbidden to talk about on pain of death in Hutt space.

While the lord of the space port made the necessary arrangements, the jedi and twi'lek girl took the time to talk with the local priestess, the Kiva, and asked her for help and guidance. At the temple, where they explained their situation, they received replacement gifts for the lord of the space port, the Evixel clan, and clan elder of the clan. In return Ajava answered a few questions about her appearance and the overall appearance of Veolians, as the Kiva seemed overly interested in what she deemed Ajava's Lekku.

They gave the lord of the space port a gift of money for his efforts, and then they went on their way towards the Evixel clan. There they handed over silk and an egg as gifts, which were received well. Arnia'Evixel would be taken care of well and the jedi had successfully completed their mission.
