Arapadh Malikar has been associated with multiple large criminal enterprises, not the least of which are a smuggling ring focussed on cybernetic goods and illegal slave trade. With the exception of a single conviction of slave tax evasion he has not been charged with further charges.
Offcials have also associated his wife, Aparadh Hatyārā, with a commonwealth-wide assassination syndicate but, as with her husband, the CDSC lacks substantial evidence to prove her involvement in any of the disappearances she has been associated with.
Rumour has it that he recently visited Unity, where he met with Tarina to discuss possible cooperation.
